AFE Carbon Fiber Track Series Intake

Not only is this the sexiest intake on the market, but this intake also offers more induction, so that means MO POWA BABY! The intake also offers more supercharger whine since this is an open lid intake for max air induction. Showcasing a one-piece housing that shields from elements and heat, seamlessly fitting into the engine bay. The highlight of the Track Series is its carbon fiber intake tube, meticulously CAD-designed and refined through dyno-testing.

SPD Downpipes with High Flow Cats

Factory Raptor R downpipes are very restrictive with 2.25" front tubes and 2.5" post cat tubes. This causes very high back pressure and hot EGTs. Factory cats are burning up with cat temp as hot as 1950 degrees.  With SPD Alpha ultra high flow cats and larger 3" diameter mandrel bent tubing, you will improve throttle response, mileage and overall performance while reducing back pressure and cat temperatures. SPD flanges are CNC laser cut 304ss flanges and we TIG & MIG weld the downpipes for strength and durability. SPD designed in a 4" flex pipe  to absorb shock from engine movement and chassis flex.  These downpipes do not require custom tuning and can be used as a factory downpipe replacement. These catalytic convertors are made in the USA and are designed to be used in racing applications.  SPD Alpha Cats are next generation ultra high flow green emissions catalytic convertors and are truly an industry first.

We needed a catalytic convertor that would have high flow and green emissions. Every catalytic convertor that we tested in the industry either had green emissions or high flow but not both.  SPD Alpha Cat is a 400cell catalytic convertor and will out flow our previous 400cell performance cats by +90%. They are extra loaded with Rhodium, which is a platinum based alloy that is required in a catalytic convertor to reduce NOX in the exhaust to meet the new emission standards.

UPR Oil Catch Can

This Battery Tray-mounted single-valve catch can kit for the 2023-2024 F150 Raptor R offers a compact, efficient design with premium components. The kit features UPR's braided hoses, billet hose ends, and patented Multi-Stage Oil Separator technology for superior oil vapor filtration, ensuring maximum performance. AWE Catback Exhaust System

Why an exhaust system? As you may know, there is a cold start rattle on these trucks and it is pretty inconvenient to most. Upon startup once flow exiting the exhaust becomes turbulent, the valves inside your factory system begin to rattle generating this tin can sound in the rear. This isn't ideal, especially for a 6 figure truck. So our friends over at AWE developed a bolt on catback exhaust system that not only makes your Raptor R sound like a true GT500, but completely gets rid of the cold start rattle. Yes, completely gone, and you retain all of your drive modes. The exhaust system included features a new valve system that utilizes the factory actuator motor plugs so there is no code thrown. The truck still thinks the oem system is installed, but now has a new system, no rattle, and all features are kept. Being a fully bolt on system, you cannot beat this combo!
