Return Policy

There is NO RETURNS on Special Orders or items, tuners, custom spec items, electrical parts, clearance or final sale items or on orders after 30 days from the original purchase. There is No Returns on installed or unsealed packages and all claims on returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice. ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned product(s) must still be in the original clean packaging, unused and uninstalled. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. There will be an additional rebox fee charged if the packaging needs to be replaced so please double box your returns. There is no returns of special order, tuners, clearance or final sale items or custom spec parts. All returns must be pre-authorized with a TSP Team member and have an RGA # or they will be returned to you.


To start a return, you can contact us at Tspbuildz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations 

All orders with a two week or longer lead time may be cancelled within 3 business days of when the order was placed if the order has not been shipped. After 3 days, all cancelled orders will incur a 15% cancellation fee. If your item is in stock, it may not be subject to a cancellation due to the item already being processed for shipping. You may return the item within 30 days, but please read the return policy above. All Final Sale items or clearance items are not subject to the standard cancellation policy and may not be cancelled once processed by TSP Parts. Lead times are subject to change as we are not the manufacturing party. All returns must be pre-authorized with a TSP Parts Employee and have an RGA # or they will be returned to you. Custom parts may not be canceled once your order is placed. Refunds will be processed within 48hrs once product is received and in original condition. Most refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by check. Please allow up to 14 business days for refund to reflect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of arriving to our facility. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Regarding tuning, all sales are final. Once you have received a tune file there is absolutely no refunds.

Tuning files are simply electronic computer files that cannot be returned to us. Therefore there are no refunds on tuning, once a file has been sent. When you receive a tuning file from us you now own it! This includes tuning files paired with devices and so forth. Once you have all items ordered the transaction is considered complete. No refunds.
