KHC GEN 1 -> GEN 2 SHOCK CONVERSION KIT

Looking to run Gen 2 Raptor suspension on your Gen 1 Raptor? We have put together a package with everything needed to make this happen. After high demand, we decided a package was neeeded to make the conversion easy. We strive in serving as a one stop shop for all performance needs. 

When converting to Gen 2 suspension, buckets are needed up front to properly install the coilovers. The Gen 2 Raptor coilovers are longer than the Gen 1 coilovers, so these buckets correct the difference. Same goes for the rear, the rear shocks require different mounting brackets to ensure geometry is correct and length is corrected. 

This package is required in order to run Gen 2 shocks on your Gen 1, properly. 

This conversion kit was developed out of necessity, leveraging the widespread availability of Gen 2 Ford Raptor take-off coilovers. Handcrafted in the USA from industry-leading 1/4" thick steel, the coil buckets are the strongest on the market. The kit includes driver and passenger-side coil buckets compatible with OEM or OEM-spec Gen 2 Raptor coilovers (Fox, Icon, King, etc.) and comes with all necessary mounting hardware. It allows 12th Gen F-150s and Gen 1 Raptors to use Gen 2 Raptor coilovers and achieve similar travel numbers. While Gen 1 Raptors require only the conversion buckets, 12th Gen F-150s need Gen 1 front suspension, drivetrain, and steering components. Designed for OEM Gen 2 coilovers, aftermarket options may require limit straps and reservoir hose modifications. An aftermarket upper control arm is recommended but not mandatory. Installation notes and required Raptor suspension components (LCA, axles, steering, etc.) are provided in the images. This kit is designed for 4WD vehicles only.

Following the release of the conversion buckets, we identified a need for a solution to properly run Gen 2 Raptor rear shocks on 12th Gen F-150s. This kit requires the removal of OEM shock mounts via cutting, with the replacement mounts designed for easy bolt-on installation or optional welding. Constructed from durable 1/4" steel, the kit includes driver and passenger-side shock mounts, with optional Grade 8 hardware provided if needed.
