HRD 40" Tire Chop Firewall Panels DIY - Gen 1 Raptor

Looking to run 40s on your Raptor? Our friends at HRD have created a kit made for you to manage at home with the help of a qualified fabricator. This kit is made for those looking to step up their game and run 40s on their build. Do note that this kit does require extensive work as a 40" tire is a significantly large tire. As mentioned, installation by a qualified fabricator is highly recommended. The term DIY was used upon this kits design as it's sole purpose is to save you the plate work drawings and design. If you are anything like us, a product that makes life easier is worth it. HRD has taken this into their own hands, and developed this kit for our raptor owners looking to go YUGE.

• THIS INSTALL REQUIRES A QUALIFIED FABRICATOR!
• With this kit you should be able to clear a 40" tire on any of the suspension kits on the market.
• Install requires moving interior parts like e-brake, carpet, and wire harnesses in order to safely cut the firewall
• When installing, some trimming of the panels may be required.
• Welding is required.
• Install video coming soon.
• Relocation of the windshield wiper reservoir is required  
• Battery can remain in factory location
