BPF Raptor Frame Reinforcement Package

This kit includes everything we offer to beef up the front frame of you Gen 1, Gen 2 or Gen 3 Raptor. No one else on the market offers a package that compares to this. 

Every product in this kit is constructed from 4130 Chromoly plate and tig welded to create the strongest possible product for our customers.

This kit eliminates every weak point on the front of your raptor in the strongest possible way. All tested, abused and proven... these parts are all over the USA, Chile, and down in Baja on prerunners and chase trucks. 

What our package includes:

• Low Profile Front Pocket Replacement

- Removes the factory pocket that hangs down very low and always bends/folds backwards when it impacts the ground or an object. Our new pocket has almost an inch of increased clearance to the ground, and is significantly stronger than the oem frame pocket. 

• Rear Pocket Lockout Kit

 - Overlays and significantly strengthens the rear lower control arm pockets from folding inwards or back from a heavy impact and offroad abuse. 

• Massive Rear Pocket Brace

- This is the largest rear pocket brace available on the market. This ties the rear control arm pocket into the entire rear frame rail, significantly bracing it from any bending or flexing that would occur with heavy off-road abuse to your truck. These also provide lateral bracing to the entire frame rail above to help prevent them from bending and further stiffens the front frame of your truck.  

• Raptor Frame Plate Kit 

- These frame plates eliminate the weakest point on the raptor frames. With hard offroad abuse the oem frames bend right after the oem suspension on the rails where the factory crumple zone is. These double the thickness of the rail for maximum strength.  

 Properly shanked 3/4" bolts and lock nuts included for lower control arms.
