We don't just sell parts — we test them. This brake kit was installed and run on our own Gen 1 Raptor here at TSP Parts, and the results genuinely impressed us. Whether you're pushing it hard off-road, hauling, or just want a brake setup that can keep up with the size and weight of the Raptor, this kit delivers confident, consistent stopping power and holds up over the long haul.

What's Included: 4 Brake Rotors (Front & Rear) + 8 Brake Pads + Hardware — everything you need, nothing you don't.

Choose Your Rotor Style:

🔵 Drilled & Slotted — These Performance rotors feature precision cross-drilled holes and diamond slots that maximize heat dissipation, increase pad bite, and reduce brake fade under hard use. The countersunk drill pattern prevents cracking. If you're pushing your Raptor off-road or running bigger tires and wheels, this is the aggressive option built for it.

⚫ Blank — These rotors offer the same G3000/G11H18 cast iron construction and corrosion-resistant coating as the drilled/slotted version, but with a clean non-directional finish that promotes even pad bed-in and quieter, smoother stops. A great choice if you want premium performance without the aggressive look, or if you prefer a traditional rotor on the street.

Both kits include the same R1 Performance Off-Road/Tow brake pads — an asbestos-free, high-friction formulation specifically built for lifted trucks and SUVs. They're rated for daily use, towing, hauling, and off-road, with built-in shims to keep things quiet and low-dust.

The rotors on both kits are built to OEM specs — no modifications needed for installation on your Gen 1 Raptor.

TSP Parts Tested & Approved. We ran this kit on our own Raptor. The stopping power is impressive, pad and rotor wear has been excellent, and the kit held up without issue through off-road and daily driving conditions. If you're upgrading the brakes on your Gen 1 Raptor, this is the kit we'd put on ours — because we already did.

Note: A break-in procedure is recommended after installation to properly seat the pads to the rotors and get the best performance out of the kit.

Break in Procedure

Please be advised that when you first receive the rotors, they are completely covered with the silver zinc coating. During the initial embedding process, the silver zinc coating on the braking surface, the area where the pads come in contact with the rotors will wear off, leaving only the hub and inner vane structure coated.
