Two Convenient Purchase Options

Option 1: Send In Your Transmission (Core Build)

Send us your existing 10R80 transmission, and we’ll rebuild it with our RSA Stage 1 upgrade.

What to Expect:

• Your transmission will receive a full inspection prior to assembly.

• If any hard parts (gears, shafts, drums, etc.) are worn or damaged, we will contact you with a detailed quote before proceeding.

• You are responsible for shipping your transmission to us on a secure pallet suitable for return shipping.

• Return shipping can be arranged by you or coordinated through us and invoiced accordingly.

Option 2: Purchase a Brand-New Built Transmission

Avoid downtime by purchasing a brand-new, RSA-built 10R80 transmission, fully assembled and ready for installation.

Core Refund Option

• A $3,500 core charge will be applied at checkout.

• You may receive a core refund by returning your stock 10R80 transmission.

• The returned core must pass inspection.

• If additional parts are required to restore the core to rebuildable condition, those costs will be deducted from the core refund.

• Core returns must be shipped on a proper pallet. Return shipping is your responsibility or can be arranged through us.
